O Identify and highlight issues in the flow of projects through the studio and ensure issues (eg people, speed, productivity, commitment) are resolved. O Proactive in checking in with project leads on live projects on a weekly basis. OĚbility to collaborate with colleagues across the agency to build robust project resource plans, and think laterally about resource solutions on challenging projects.
